ACCOMMODATION
Undergraduate students are invited to register for a part of the conference to enable them to present a poster. (They can register for Day 2 of the conference even without a poster).
See poster guidelines in the 'Abstracts Submission Guidelines' page.
Registration fee for undergraduate students is Rs. 700/=. They are entitled to participate in all the sessions on Day 2 of the conference (Day 2 sessions last till noon) which includes the UG poster presentation session. They will be provided with morning refreshments and lunch; but will not be given the conference kit.
They can request non A/c hostel accommodation in the PSG IMS&R campus while sending their Registration; rates apply as shown in the relevant section of this blog and the charges need to be paid in advance along with conference Registration.

ACCOMMODATION
The KOVAICON 2019 Organizing Committee is pleased to offer non-a/c
accommodation to participants at subsidized rate in the PSG IMS&R Students Hostel. The charges are Rs. 500/=
per day per room (one person per room). The Hostels follow 24 check-out system
(that means, the per day rent of Rs. 500/= per room is valid for 24 hours from
the time the participant checks-in. Participants must send rent for the entire
duration of their intended stay in advance at the time of registration itself. The same
account number used for conference registration can be used for sending the
amount. The Conference Registration form has provision to indicate whether you would like to avail accommodation or not; and for making the payment. No refund will be given to those who pay the amount but do
not check-in.
Advance booking is needed; we cannot guarantee on-the-spot
booking for rooms.
Weather in Coimbatore in September is likely to be pleasant,
with minimum temperature expected to be about 23 degrees Celsius and maximum
temperature at 32 degrees Celsius.
